By downloading, accessing, or using the AI Media App mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Media App is a mobile application that provides artificial intelligence-powered services including:

  • AI image generation from text prompts

  • AI video generation from text prompts and images

  • Image restoration and enhancement

  • Gallery management for generated content

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • Users are automatically assigned a unique User ID upon first app launch

  • No personal registration is required for basic functionality

  • Account data is stored locally and synchronized with our servers

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

  • The App operates on a credit-based system

  • Credits are required to generate images and videos

  • Credit packages are available for purchase through in-app purchases

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • All credit purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase

4.3 Refund Policy

  • All sales are final unless required by applicable law

  • Refund requests must be made through the respective app store

  • Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable

  • No refunds for unsatisfactory AI-generated content: Credits are consumed regardless of whether you are satisfied with the generated images or videos

  • We do not control AI model outputs and cannot guarantee specific results or quality

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the App to:

  • Generate original creative content for personal or commercial use

  • Create images and videos for legitimate artistic, educational, or business purposes

  • Restore and enhance your own images

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App to:

  • Generate content that depicts illegal activities

  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Generate explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content

  • Create content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination

  • Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent

  • Create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App or its services

5.3 Content Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the content you generate

  • You warrant that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

  • The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Media App

  • The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

6.2 Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you generate using the App

  • By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service

  • We do not claim ownership of your generated content

6.3 AI Models and Technology

  • The underlying AI models and technology remain our proprietary property

  • You may not attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate our AI models

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

7.1 No Guarantee of Results

  • AI models are probabilistic systems that may produce unpredictable or unsatisfactory results

  • We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations or requirements

  • The quality, accuracy, and relevance of AI-generated content may vary significantly1

  • Results may differ from your prompts or input images in unexpected ways

7.2 No Control Over AI Output

  • We do not control the specific outputs produced by AI models

  • AI models operate based on complex algorithms that we cannot directly manipulate for individual requests

  • Generated content may contain artifacts, errors, or unexpected elements

  • We cannot predict or guarantee specific artistic styles, compositions, or visual elements

7.3 Credit Consumption and No Refunds

  • Credits are consumed immediately upon generation request, regardless of output quality

  • No refunds or credit restoration will be provided for unsatisfactory, unexpected, or unwanted results

  • You acknowledge that AI generation involves inherent uncertainty and variability

  • It is your responsibility to review and accept generated content before saving or sharing

7.4 User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for evaluating whether generated content meets your needs

  • Multiple generation attempts may be necessary to achieve desired results

  • You should factor potential unsatisfactory results into your credit usage planning

  • We recommend starting with lower-cost generations to test prompts and settings

8. Privacy and Data

8.1 Data Collection

  • We collect limited data necessary to provide the service

  • Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling

8.2 Content Storage

  • Generated content may be temporarily stored on our servers for processing

  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

9. Service Availability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from unsatisfactory AI-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Media App from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of another party

  • Content you generate using the App

  • Any disputes arising from the quality or nature of AI-generated content

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

  • You may stop using the App at any time

  • Deletion of the App from your device terminates your use

12.2 Termination by Us

  • We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms

  • We may terminate the service with reasonable notice
